The customer is a globally recognized tire manufacturer operating a large-scale production facility in Serbia. To support continuous material handling operations, more than 60 new Linde forklifts were deployed and required a reliable battery solution capable of supporting three-shift, high-intensity production schedules.
The customer faced challenges with traditional lead-acid batteries, including frequent maintenance requirements, longer charging times, and reduced efficiency during continuous operations. A more reliable and efficient power solution was needed to maximize forklift availability and ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
BSLBATT provided a complete lead-acid to lithium battery upgrade solution for more than 60 Linde forklifts, covering multiple models including E20PL, E20L, E16L, E16P, E50HL, E30L, E25, N25, R16, and P80.
Powered by advanced LiFePO4 technology, BSLBATT lithium batteries deliver longer service life, maintenance-free operation, and stable power performance for demanding industrial applications. After one year of operation, a follow-up inspection confirmed that all batteries were running smoothly with excellent performance.
