This project was deployed in a remote mining area in Australia, where mining sites are often located far from the public power grid with challenging environments and limited infrastructure. Reliable and stable power supply is essential to support drone inspection, mobile communication systems, and on-site data collection equipment.

The customer required a flexible and reliable off-grid power solution to support outdoor drone inspection, communication equipment, and data collection terminals. The system is designed for remote mining areas across Australia, as well as government and enterprise applications requiring long-term data collection and information transmission in isolated locations.

BSLBATT provided a mobile energy storage solution based on the B-LFP48-E rack-mounted lithium battery system. The system integrates six B-LFP48-100E battery modules, delivering a total energy capacity of 30.72kWh, combined with a Victron Energy inverter/charger system to provide stable and efficient power for outdoor mobile applications.

The system is integrated into a mobile trailer platform, allowing flexible deployment across different mining sites and remote locations. It provides continuous and reliable power for drone inspection equipment, mobile communication systems, and on-site data collection devices. Compared with traditional diesel generators, the battery storage system operates quietly with zero fuel consumption and emissions, while enabling remote monitoring and efficient energy management to improve operational reliability in remote environments.

Key project highlights include a 30.72kWh off-grid energy storage capacity for long-term remote operation, rack-mounted battery design for easy system integration, and a mobile trailer-based structure for flexible deployment. The system ensures stable power supply for drone inspection, communication equipment, and data collection systems, supporting real-time data collection, transmission, and remote information management.

This project demonstrates the potential of lithium-ion energy storage systems in remote industrial applications across Australia. By replacing traditional fuel-based generators with a mobile clean energy storage solution, BSLBATT helps mining operators, government organizations, and enterprises overcome remote power challenges while providing reliable energy for drone inspection, communication networks, and field data collection. The solution reduces operational and maintenance costs, minimizes environmental impact, and enables a more flexible and efficient off-grid power infrastructure.
