No watering, no equalization charging, no electrolyte checks. The sealed LiFePO4 cell design eliminates all routine battery maintenance tasks, saving a fleet of 10 units over 40 labor hours per month.
Partial charges cause no damage to cell chemistry. Operators can top up during breaks or shift handovers and extend runtime without a full charge cycle, covering single and double-shift operations on one battery.
Standard models are rated at 3,500 to 4,500 cycles, with high-performance configurations exceeding 6,000 cycles. One lithium unit covers the same period as three to four lead-acid replacements.
IP54 as standard, IP65 optional. Steel enclosure with integrated waterproof gasket handles wash-down routines, outdoor storage, and high-humidity environments without performance loss.
Built-in BMS displays live state of charge on a 4.3-inch touch screen. All units connect to BSL Cloud over WiFi for remote fleet monitoring without physical checks.
Available in bottom-weighted and perimetric counterweight configurations. Most Toyota, Crown, Hyster, Yale, and Jungheinrich 24V models accept a direct fit without tray modification.

What equipment uses a 24V lithium battery?
24V systems are most commonly used in light to medium-duty electric counterbalance forklifts rated between 1.5 and 3 tonnes, as well as reach trucks, order pickers, and electric pallet stackers. If your current lead-acid battery is labeled 24V or 2PzS/2PzB, a 24V lithium forklift battery is the correct replacement voltage.
How many shifts can a 24V forklift lithium battery support per day?
A 24V lithium battery in the 100 to 230 Ah range typically covers one full 8-hour shift. Models from 280 to 460 Ah support two consecutive shifts with opportunity top-ups during breaks. For three-shift or 24-hour operations, we recommend 560 Ah and above. Unlike lead-acid, partial charges between shifts do not reduce cell lifespan.
Does a 24V forklift battery require a special charger?
