In collaboration with six forklift dealerships across Europe, BSLBATT recently completed a comprehensive deployment of nearly 100 lithium batteries across end-user facilities in Germany, France, and Poland. The rollout included a wide range of electric forklift models, including Linde, Crown, TCM, and Carer.

Each battery system was selected based on the forklift type, usage intensity, and customer requirements. For example, the battery for Crown electric forklifts was optimized for extended shift usage in narrow-aisle warehouses, while 80V systems were matched to Linde outdoor forklifts operating in high-load industrial environments.

A defining feature of this project was the integration of energy management strategies alongside battery installation. BSLBATT’s team not only provided the batteries but also helped each site develop optimized charging schedules, leveraging opportunity charging to minimize energy waste and extend battery lifespan.

With performance gains exceeding expectations, many participating clients are now exploring further expansion. This case illustrates how BSLBATT supports long-term operational transformation through intelligent power solutions for leading forklift brands.
