Project Introductions
The small Caribbean island of Barbados faces challenges with stable and sustainable energy supply, especially in off-grid areas. To meet this demand, a new off-grid solar system was successfully implemented, providing a reliable and eco-friendly solution. The system is equipped with four BSLBATT 10 kWh batteries and two Victron Quattro inverters, offering a total storage capacity of 40.96 kWh. This solar system is designed to provide continuous, renewable power, with the capability to recharge within two hours, ensuring minimal downtime.
Product Descriptions
Powerline-10 is BSLBATT’s latest ultra-slim wall-mounted domestic energy storage battery, which is only 90mm thick, making it ideal for use in tight spaces. It has a capacity of 10.24 kWh and is based on environmentally friendly lithium iron phosphate technology with long cycle life and deep discharge. The battery is highly scalable, with up to 32 units connected in parallel. Its built-in BMS is compatible with most 48V inverters on the market.
User Benefits
This off-grid solar system in Barbados not only provides the owners with reliable 24/7 power but also helps reduce their dependence on diesel generators, cutting down on both noise pollution and carbon emissions. The system’s fast recharge capability ensures minimal downtime, making it a dependable solution for energy independence.
